Recently Deployed BGInfo causes client's wallpaper to rotate randomly.

Would anyone know why BGInfo randomly causes a wallpaper to rotate 90 degrees clockwise/counterclockwise? I've tried several things like:Syncing preferences Personalize settingUpdating all driversSetting images from .png to .jpgLatest solution I've tried is changing it from .jpg to .jpeg, not sure that it will do much though. I've found almost no questions being asked on this unfortunately. Thank you in advance,Ziad
