Recent Updates ( 10-12 / 07 / 2024 ) have removed my menu Taskbar

Hello,A past update from months ago, this issue had occured where my Menu Taskbar was missing and I wasn't able to access my windows settings or my laptops settings either, even when I had attempted to open them via Task Manager. I was able to restore them with a thread ( Here. )I had found with instructions, but after the most recent updates, ( 10-12 / 07 / 2024 ) my laptop no longer responds to that method any longer, no matter how many times I had attempted it.I have tried to restore my laptop several times, but to no avail, my Menu Taskbar is still missing, and I am still unable to access
