Recent BSoD - PFN_List_Corrupt

Got some RAM a week or so ago and everything had been going well up until today when I got a BSOD with the PFN List Corrupt error code. Did my research and saw this is usually tied to a RAM/driver issue.Since then, I've downclocked my RAM and ran Windows Memory diagnostics.
