I've been recently getting this error message out of no where for about a week now. It happens whenever I enter my pin code to log into my Windows computer. If I click to set up my pin again the computer just gets stuck in a loading screen and doesn't do anything. This has been really annoying because it happens every time even after trying some fixes I've found. A common temporary fix is to restart which works but I do not want to have to restart my computer every time I want to log in.
