Receiving error 0x80070422 when attempting to sign into Microsoft account through Windows 11

Surface Pro Windows 11 Home - System stopped syncing with personal Microsoft account. I can log into the account online using a browser, but the Edge application itself, as well as OneDrive or other Windows applications will not log in. Instead I receive "Something went wrong. Please try again later. 0x80070422." Context:I registered the PC using a personal Microsoft account. This is my administrator account. I also have a work MS account attached. Both worked fine.
