Receiving "critical error" Start menu isn't working

I have a Windows 11 pro. I always get this error after trying to open the start menu after downloading a driver update.I tried re-registering the start menu but nothing changed. I have a Dell Latitude 7400 2 in 1. I appreciate any kind of help mostly those ones that doesn't reinstall the software or lose files. Thank you
