Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Net - 5/28/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1030.38.328.2019 not installing

My desktop has been trying to install "Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Net - 5/28/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1030.38.328.2019" nightly for the past several weeks. It reboots then still shows the update is pending. I have plenty of free drive space. My PC is 4 years old but has no operating problems. Suggestions?
