Realtek PCIe GBe Family Controller not working.

Hey there. My Realtek PCIe Gbe family controller just stopped working out of the blue. I checked the events tab on device manager, and i saw that at 00:42 (while my pc was turned off btw), it requested a device install and in the description it says "requires further install". Then a few minutes later it says: Device settings not migrated, Device configured, Device not started. It has now done that over and over again every time i try to roll back drivers, update drivers, disable, enable, even uninstalling it completely and reinstalling it again doesn't work.
