Realtek PCIe Family Controller causes BSOD. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

Im trying to install a fresh copy of windows 11 on my machine. My issue is that on network screen when i insert the ethernet cable it causes a BSOD with errors such as => "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED", "KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION" and "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION". The driver "Realtek PCIe Gbe Family Controller" seems to cause this issue. When i disable the Realtek driver and try to install the official lenovo thinkcentre drivers, the BSOD goes away but still leaves me without internet.
