realtek high definition won't start i get error 10

so before i was able to use it with my hdmi and audio jack but ive noticed now that its not even there as a program, i can see it in the program files but isn't accessible or can be opened if i click to open it nothing happens, ive tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it always ends up in the same problem, that it cannot start
