Realtek High Definition Audio Driver is missing.

Last night, everything was fine and working but this morning when I turned on my computer, I had no audio devices. I ran microsoft's troubleshooter and it managed to enable my monitor's audio but my Realtek High Definition Audio is now missing which is what I use to plug my headphones in and microphone.So I tried reinstalling realtek drivers manually since realtek was missing from my playback devices so I couldn't even update drivers from there but after reinstalling Realtek multiple times, the only files that I notice being added to my files is a file called Realtek in "Local Disk(C:) > Pr
