Realtek HD audio installs but doesnt work ,

so i tried to install Realtek hd audio and when i do nothing happens,on my device manager , sound video and game controller it still says Realtek(R) Audio instead of realtek high definicion audio so i know it didnt work , i tried unistalling and restalling all drivers , i have the latest drivers on everything and still nothing , when i try to install realtek hd audio it just goes on a loop of installing and restarting my pc , does anyone know how to fix this issue? i've also deleted BTS and still nothing , thank you ,,, if anyone wants i can join a discord call and show live the problem .
