i have an issue where all the desktop sounds are picked up by the mic and my friends can hear everything and themselves through my mic in discord and its getting very annoying.tried to install realtek device manager thingy cuz some video said i need it to fix the problem but i ran into this problem, i downloaded this from my mobo's official website and i tried almost everything (UAA thing or ...) and nothing seemed to work, how do i get this to work
