RealteK drivers do not work

Hello guys,3 months ago I finished building a budget gaming pc for myself for university and have been stuck with this annoying problem: I don't have any audio output from my motherboard. It doesn't have any output via the jack from the backplate and not from the front IO. It only detects as a valid speaker my monitor (with built-in speakers) via my Nvidia gpu and my PS4 controller (USB).
