Realtek Driver Problem Windows 11

Hey,I recently bought a new ssd and win11, clean installed win 11. Straight to my problem, i cant install realtek driver at all.I downloaded newest driver from my motherboards site, installed it and nothing happened. I can not even see it in "Device Manager", under sound,video, and game controllers, to uninstall or update. It doesnt show up there. Cant trouble shoot, because obviously its not there. There is no RtkAudioService in task manager. Everything is up to date. Tried to setup old drivers too, doesnt work. I have sound on my monitors speakers, connected via hdmi. I can use my headphones
