Realtek Audio Universal Service interferes with 'Refresh' after Windows 11 update

Hi,I recently updated to Windows 11. The problem I face is that when I right-click the pop up menu doesn't appear on desktop. The first thing I usually do is right-click and refresh after turning on my laptop. But only the 'sand-glass' cursor appears and loads forever. I tried disabled every Microsoft service did clean boot and found the problem by enabling each service and restarting my laptop. It seems the right-click pop up menu works every time except when I enabled the 'Realtek audio universal service'.
