Realtek Audio Driver Error 0x000003F1

So recently the sound on my computer has been kind of weird and crackly, so I decided to try to update my audio driver. When that didn't seem to do anything, I tried to re-install the driver, which uninstalled my existing one. Unfortunately, now it won't let me re-install it at all, so my computer can't play audio. It gets through most of the downloading process but right at the end the Installation Wizard stops and gives me this message: "Install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure !!
