Realtek 8821CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC, can't change Link Speed

I've purchased an Asus laptop with this Wireless device and it's only showing Link Speed (Receive/Transmit) 72/72 (Mbps). I've researched and was instructed to open up the Network and Internet -> Network Connections -> Properties of the card. I did that and selected Properties ->Advanced. I can't find the Speed and Duplex feature. How can I change the Link Speed. Thanks.
