In earlier in my windows defender "virus and threat protection" said me
"your virus and threat protection is managed by your organization". then I run CMD as administrator and perform this command

"REG DELETE "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender" /v DisableAntiSpyware"
Delete the registry value DisableAntiSpyware (Yes/No)? Y
The operation completed successfully.

Now though "virus and threat protection" is shown perfectly
but in "virus and threat protection settings" it shows 
"Real-time protection" and "Automatic sample submission" is off. I can't turn it on. If you see closely you will see that it says "the settings is managed by your administrator". Now please help me with this to turn it ON.
