Real name changing back despite I change it to other name through netplwiz on Windows 10.

How the heck do I stop it to not change it back. I literally went through netplwiz and these but it still changes it back as I log in back into my account. Solution would be for me to switch to local account IF the button to switch to local account would exist because why should it exist. It is becoming annoying for me to see it not work. Is there any way to change to Local account even though there is no button for it OR let me change my real name and not change it back to the original one?
