I have recently bought a new laptop, installed Windows 11 Home and wanted to transfer the product key from my old one. I had Windows 10 Home on the old laptop (not OEM) which I had also transferred there from a desktop. However, the new laptop refuses to accept the key. I tried the Troubleshooting and went to "I changed hardware on this device recently" all according to instructions on the support website, but got the message "We can’t reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later." (no status codes)So I thought it was because of the windows versions, but after installing Windows 10 Home
