i have this hp laptop which came with win7 which i registered later i was granted win 10 which worked well for a year then i lost my setup .now i have my win 7 back and went for the upgrade which i downloaded with difficulty form Microsoft .a
i fail to register win 10 this time i tried trouble shooter and made many attempts all fail please help i have
