Error code 735D means:
Service '[2]' could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient
privileges to stop system services. The error code is ([3] [4])

If you view the summary log at %programfiles%\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup
Bootstrap\Log\Hotfix, you should be able to determine exactly which service
is failing to stop.
