Hi there,
I'm having problems installing SP2 also. I've tried several things from
this board, but my current error message is this one (0x87FF36B0) so that's
why I'm on this thread.
I've tried "Restore" and that didn't work. I've tried changing permissions
in the register. That seemed to get rid of some errors, but another would
appear. I'm not sure what log to look at to figure out what's going on.
(I'm not that savy on computers.) I'm not sure I'd know what the log was
telling me, anyway. My svcpak.log has errors in it. I don't know which
one's are critical. The first one that appears, in the 3rd line, is:
4.781: Failed To Enable SE_SHUTDOWN_PRIVILEGE
Is there anyone out there that can help me?
Thanks!
