Re-activate alias

Hi!Hope someone can help.I changed my primary alias from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Then I removed the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** from my account without realising that this would mean I would no longer receive mails sent to my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** my x@hotmail seem to be blocked. It is not possible to sent mails to it. Is there anyway I can either1. reconnect my microsoft account to the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** 2. open a new account with my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** address ?Best regards,Maria
