You can only do that if the email address is real and you have usage rights
to the domain.

Completely False, Just FYI. Under Microsoft's Public News Groups Terms
Of Service Policy: A Message Cancellation Request May Be Sent If Any Of
The Following Is True:

1. The Messages Are Spam, This Was True About The Impostor's Messages.

2. The Message Makes Fun Of And/Or Insults Another News Group User, This
Was Also True.

3. The Message Contains Profanity And/Or Swear Words, This Was Also True
