RDS - Adding Excel Add-ins for all users to see when using - User Profile Disk (UPD)

I was hoping someone might know how to make an Excel Add-in selectable for all users on my 2019 RDS Farm using User Profile Disk (UPD). Originally the user profiles were local on each server in the farm and I had it working properly with a registry entry. We switched to UPD and now the .xlam add-in does not show as a selection in Excel 2016 when users open it. I can't seem to find a registry solution for this that is specific to my situation. Any help would be appreciated.
