Good afternoon! I have encountered such a rather difficult problem that I cannot connect to the remote desktop via the RDP connection of the built-in Windows Remote Desktop client. This connection method does not work either from a remote device to a local one, or in the opposite direction. Port forwarding has been performed on the router, port 3389 is open and not blocked by the Windows Firewall. 4 rules have been created: 2 for incoming connections (TCP and UDP) and 2 for outgoing connections both on the remote computer and on the local device.
