Razer 14 - BSOD Error occurs after turning on laptop from sleep mode DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I can't set my laptop in sleep mode ever. If i Place it in sleep mode and try to turn it on - Black screen appears and doesn't load anything.After few moments BSOD occurs DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. So have to shutdown laptop completely and start it again.Sometimes I forget and close the lid of the laptop which in turn leads to sleep mode and BAM! BSOD again!.
