.rar file extension missing from my copy of windows.

No, I'm not joking. The actual .rar exctension is MISSING from my windows system. All .rar files have the same plain white placeholder format. I ONLY have the open with "once" option.Can somebody help me with this, it has been getting on my mind lately and mking me incredibly angry.Running the PRO edition.it shows up like that in context menu too
