Hi,I have been experiencing a bug with Windows 11 since last friday (19.07.2024).While using PC randomly something looking like windows update screen pops up for a moment.You can see it on this video on youtube that i have recorded:

tried updating Windows, doing clean install of OS, updating to Windows Insider version and nothing seems to help. Can someone help me with this issue?
