Random windows 11 pop up, that happens every 1-5 minutes.

I recorded a 17 sec video where the pop up appears and closes. This pop up comes every other minute. Tried to restart the pc, troubleshoot and don't know what's the problem. PS.: I don't know if I can upload a video here, but I took screenshots from the video as you can see the process of the problem in 4 photos. The blue loading wheel on mouse appears (1st photo), then grey/black screen appears (2nd photo), then the pop up shows up which instantly closes and I don't know what it is because it shows the loading process, but closes before loading (3rd photo) and the aftermath (4th photo).
