Random System Crashes and Reboot (Event ID: 41)

Hi, My laptop (Thinkpad E14 Gen 3 Type 20Y7, AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHz, 16.0 GB RAM, Windows 10 Home Version 21H2 and now Windows 11 Home) is rebooting randomly during normal office work such as writing emails or just surfing the internet. This issue has occurred multiple times a day recently and each time there is critical system error logged on the event log (Event 41, Kernel-Power). Sometimes there's a bug check code, sometimes there isn't. I've included the most recent event log below. The issue has occurred since I bought the laptop. I've sent the machine to the L
