Random Lockups & Reboots After Updating to Win11 24H2 & After Full Reinstalls

Approximately one month ago I was prompted to reboot after the Win11 24H2 update was installed and immediately had issues with my desktop locking up a few seconds after boot & logging in. I ran a DISM & SFC (no corruptions found), as well as a MDSched scan (no errors found).The lockups were happening more frequently and I couldn't get a dump created so I rolled the update back, and the issue went away. I got busy and didn't have any time to look into the issue further, but a couple of days later the update was installed and Windows wanted to reboot. I held off on the reboot, dreading w
