Random Hard-Freezes couple seconds after startup (Win 11)

For the past months now I've experienced completely random freezes just after startup has finished and I've logged in. Only holding the powerswitch on my computer to turn it off and on works to fix this. I can click things, but wherever I click it just "hangs" there. Opening task manager opens it, but it doesn't load properly and I'm unable to do anything. I'm able to open programs, but none of them will load properly. This happens completely randomly and I've not managed to see any pattern at all. Even pressing "shut down" in the start tab does nothing.As I'm not the most techy guy around win
