Random, frequent crashes shortly after booting

This is my last resort before I start doing any hardware-related changes, so here it goes.A little bit of background context, these crashes have been happening for what I would like to say is the past 2 years (granted, I should've sorted this issue out back then), but only recently have they gotten to a point where it's actually become a proper hinderance, as before it would only happen once or twice per day, where as now it happens as often as 30 minutes.
