So, I have an HP Victus 16: 24GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Core i7-12700H and a GTX 1650 with a windows 11. It used to freeze when playing video games but it was like once in a while. Now, I can't even open a game. Even more, it freezes when using Browser or in a Zoom meeting. Everything stops: the screen keeps same status, sound too. I can't make any inputs (mouse and keyboard). I can't use Ctrl + Alt + Del. The only way is pressing the shutting button.In addition, after freezing.
