Random Crashing + Winload.efi contains errors

I'm not a tech person so I'm gonna try to explain the best I can. Recently after moving my laptop from the desk it's normally at, to my bed for use, it had some issues it never had before. It would randomly freeze, as nothing does anything. The computer would still be "running" too. This required pressing and holding the power button to restart the computer. However it then usually freezes on the startup screen (also requiring pressing and holding the power button).
