random crashing while playing different games on different hardware

can someone tell me what i need to do to fix this? i have only 2 files right now for whatever reason but i have been having this issue for quite awhile on different hardware and even fresh windows installs. used to get the issue mostly on overwatch years ago but stopped playing it because of it so forgot about it until i went to play escape from tarkov a few months ago and same thing. only have ever had the crashes on fortnite 1 time, zero hour on 1 specific mission, and the new call of duty multiple times now as of writing this. they are very random, i can go weeks without one or get a few in
