I got my laptop over a year ago and it has been having random crashes for a while. I have never been able to diagnose the problem as it happens randomly (maybe once a week) but almost 10 times a day when it is unplugged from my normal setup. My normal setup includes a monitor, speakers, audio interface, usb hub with mouse and keyboard connected. I have tried reinstalling windows 11 but I am still having problems. It would be easier to diagnose the problem if I got a BSOD but my laptop just randomly restarts with no prompt and only a black screen. Here are the errors I get in the event viewer.
