Random BSOD several times in windows 10

Hello, I always get BSOD when format my dell precision 7510 laptop. The problem is with driver, I test my ram and ssd all things are fine, but some drivers updates make it hard to me, I used bluescreenview program to see what is the driver cause the problem and I roll back driver, It works fine but the last BSOD was caused by ntoskrnl.exe and INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.
