Random BSOD on boot, what is causing it/how do I fix it?

Hello, I am randomly recieving a BSOD randomly on boot(happens every so often but not every boot) with a stop code of "KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR" then stating what failed as "portcls.sys".I would upload a picture I took of the BSOD but it fails to upload without stating why(I assume file size or image format)I did however analyze the minidump with Windows Debugger and will paste the analysis down below, if anyone can make heads or tales of this and let me know it would be greatly appreciated. My best guess is that it may be a driver or hardware malfunction.Here is the minidump:*****************
