Random Bluescreens and unable to reset PC

Since yesterday (9/23/2023) I have been having random blue screens and programs randomly not working. I've tried resetting my PC only for it to not work everytime I tried doing so. I don't have a disc drive on my PC nor do I have a USB flash drive to do the installation media. Is there any possible solutions to this? If need be can provide other details.
