Random Blue screens 0xc000021a

[Windows 10]

I have been hit with loads of blue screens, it is mainly a loop. I have reinstalled windows 2-3 times switched from windows 11 to windows 10. I also switched hard drives. Went from a 980pro and the other a 2tb hard drive. The error codes I have got are:0xc000021aNO MORE IRP STACK LOCATIONS IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL KMODE EXECPTION NOT HANDLED APC INDEX MISMATCH FLTMGR.SYS FAILED NTOSKRNL SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE I have since booted without a graphics card, with single sticks of ram. re applied thermal paste to CPU 2x. removed hard drives and m2 drives.
