Random black screen with window options visible

Good day everyone,I am having the same issue as Blank Screen with exit button - Microsoft Community as shown in their screenshot. All drivers are up to date and Windows 11 was clean installed recently. It seems like an Explorer.exe issue (maybe crashes and auto-restarts?) , and i think i have some data from Event viewer.
