Random black screen crashes, need help finding solution

for the past couple months i've been getting random crashes that result in a black screen for both my monitors, i can still hear sound and the PC stays on and seems to be running. the black screen only goes away once i hold down the power button and restart the PC. sometimes the crashes happen multiple times a day other times i go weeks without any crashes. it can be when im playing games, browsing the internet or literally doing nothing at all.gpu: nvidia geforce rtx 3060cpu: intel core i7-8086kmemory: 32 gbevent viewer crash files:crashfiles.evtx
