Random app with no name stopping my computer from restarting and internet taking forever to load

It’s really confusing me but a random app with the default icon and no name is preventing my pc from restarting and it worries me I have a virus on my computer and it is running in the background. When I try to click restart anyways It seems to close by its self and I checked task manger and nothing was there. One time I reset my pc and the app said “NON VISIBLE WINDOW” and I might be overthinking it but I think a non visible cmd box is in the background.
