Ran updates. Laptop won't restart normally. Got dark blue screen with No cursor. Windows 11

Ran all kinds of actions with keyboard. The monitor lights up a bit but not too much. I have No cursor. The Laptop powers up but won't do anything else since I ran several updates. Computer is fairly New.
