Ram usage is high and SSD is at 0%

Hi,I’ve been experiencing performance issues with my laptop since yesterday, and I need some help figuring out what’s causing it. Here’s what’s been happening:Whenever I open a browser like Opera and run Discord in the background, my CPU usage skyrockets.
