RADAR_PRE_LEAK is what ubisoft support told me they found and is what they think is casuing my issuse.

I just got a new gaming laptop (Dell Alienware M16 R2) that won't load one of my games. The game I am having issues with is Ghost Recon Wildlands, I will launch it from steam, which launches ubisoft connect, and then it will get stuck on the splash screen for the game for arounf 5-6 minutes before the game will launch and then get stuck on a black loading screen. I have all of my drivers updated and. I have been in contact with ubisoft support and they have finally told this: "We have found What is called a RADAR_PRE_LEAK. This means your PC is not operating at it's correct memory capacity. Wh
